AI-UNIVERSAL
Top quality to meet the most stringent demands. Suitable for all types of self-adhesive and single-material products: paper, PP, PE, PVT, PET, Tyvek, thin films on PET liner material, and other materials that are difficult to cut. AI dies are suitable for all jobs involving kiss cutting and total cutting. They are CNC-sharpened and feature smooth, polished cutting edges obtained using an ultra-fine edge polishing technique. Profile heights range from 0.30–1.5 mm and cutting angles vary from 30° to110° depending on the material.
3L LASER LONG LIFE
Thanks to laser hardening technology, Kocher+Beck was the first manufacturer in the world to achieve hardness levels of 58–62 HRC. The benefit: two to three times longer service life than conventional equivalents. Compared to the process used by other manufacturers, who apply chrome or other galvanized coatings, Kocher+Beck’s laser procedure is completely environmentally friendly and helps to conserve resources. Suitable for all types of self-adhesive and single-material products: paper, PP, PE, PVT, PET, Tyvek, thin films on PET liner material, and other materials that are difficult to cut.
GLUEX PLUS
The GLUEX Plus is the perfect solution for a wide range of tasks due to its excellent non-stick properties in standard applications. It has a special coating that prevents glue and ink deposits. The Kocher+Beck GLUEX Plus meets the same high quality standards as all of our products.

GLUEX ULTRA
This flexible die, developed in house, features a special adhesive-repellent surface coating. This tried and tested product has proven to be the ideal solution for emerging adhesive bleed or blocked label reels.

CHROME 24
The perfect choice for large runs with abrasive thermal or thermal transfer SK paper. It features a 0.01 mm chrome layer with a hardness of 70 HRC for ultra-high performance with minimal wear.
NANOTEC
Nanotec is an ultra-thin microcoating with a hardness of over 80 HRC. It reduces friction and is phenomenally wear-resistant, so its cutting edge stays razor sharp throughout its exceptional service life. What’s more, it reduces glue and ink deposits on cutting contours. Suitable for all abrasive plastic and paper materials.
